Through observations made after analysis of data from our intake form, your current eating habits, and meeting with you, our nutritionist determines if you have any body systems in need of support. Her approach to wellness care is holistic. Holistic medicine is a form of healing that considers the whole person - body, mind, & spirit. She looks at the body as a whole and to see how each system flows and interrelates with other systems to determine where the possible break down may be. Jen’s work with each client is individual and specific to their body and its needs for optimal health and wellness.
